Instructions
- Live streaming video is only as good as the end user’s internet connection and computer. Most small businesses can only support on live feed at a time.
- If there are multiple people at your place of business who want to watch the broadcast, do it on one computer and share.
- If your internet connection is too slow, view the show after it is archived so that we can buffer it.
Trouble shooting steps
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Make sure your version of Flash is up to date: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Make sure your pop up blocker is off
- Make sure your virus protection and/or firewall are not set to block Flash and/or streaming video
- Close your browser and reopen it
- When in doubt, reboot
- Try a different browser
